And God saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually. (Genesis 6:5)

And it repented the Lord that he had made man on the earth, and it grieved him at his heart. (Genesis 6:6)

And the Lord said, I will destroy man whom I have created from the face of the earth; both man, and breast, and the creeping thing, and the fowls of the air; for it repenteth me that I have made them. (Genesis 6:7)

 But Noah found grace in the eyes of the Lord. (Genesis 6:8)

Now the serpent was more subtle than any beast of the field which the Lord God had made. And he said unto the woman, yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden? (Genesis 3:1)

And the woman said unto the serpent, we may eat of the fruit of the trees of the garden: (Genesis 3:2)

But of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God hath said, Ye shall not eat of it, neither shall ye touch it, lest ye die. (Genesis 3:3)

And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die: (Genesis 3:4)

For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil. (Genesis 3:5)

And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make one wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her: and he did eat. (Genesis 3:6)

And the eyes of them both were opened, and they knew that they were naked; and they sawed fig leaves together, and made themselves aprons. (Genesis 3:7)

And he spared not the old world, but saved Noah the eighteth person, a preacher of righteousness, bringing in the flood upon the world of ungodly; (2 Peter 2:5)

And turning the cities of Sodom and Gomorrha into ashes condemned them with an overthrow, making them an example unto those that after should live ungodly; (2 Peter 2:6)
